"How much does the initial consultation cost?"
NOTHING. We can accomplish this via telephone or written correspondence. A personal meeting is the preferred method.

"What area do you service?"
Metro Grand Rapids and the State of Michigan, however we have built a strong network of professional investigators throughout the country that has proven to be of economic benefit to our clients while keeping the integrity of the investigation in place. The personal service remains the same. We have accomplished a number of investigations through this cooperative effort with colleagues throughout the United States, Europe, Central and South America and the Pacific Rim.

"Are there cases you don't investigate?"
YES, matters involving criminal defense. I have several qualified associates who I refer those matters to. I will not initiate an investigation involving a pending divorce or custody issue unless the client has retained an attorney.

"Do you require a retainer?"
Yes

"What's your specialty?"
Finding missing persons, witnesses or locating lost loved ones.. However; I reserve the right of "first contact" when a locate case is opened and there is no pending litigation involving the target. Your privacy is protected-and the privacy of the person we are looking for is honored as well.

"Do I get a final case report?"
In most instances yes. There are times when it is not practical or would be a duplication of effort. You'll be told ahead of time.

"What if I need an expert?"
Our network of professional colleagues are available to respond to your specific request. We have close affiliations with an accident reconstructionist, fingerprint and questioned document investigator, voice print analyst and polygraph, to name a few.

"What if I need something done on weekends or after normal business hours?"
Once a case is opened, the business hours are "whatever it takes" to get you the information you need. We can be reached through a cell phone and pagers for those difficult times.

"Are there any guarantees?"
The only guarantee you will receive from an Interprobe investigator is one of effort. No one can guarantee results You will get the best possible "professional" effort that you can expect from an experienced investigative team. Our success rate is as high as anyone in the business! We remain optimistic and successful or we wouldn't enjoy the reputation that we have. If we cant get you the expected results, chances are no one else can either!
